1. About Borderbeing

Borderbeing is an editorial, literary and transdisciplinary platform for essays, poetry, conversations, images, notes, public encounters and related enquiries into being, relation and movement.

The platform functions as a living archive and space of enactment. It is intended for reading, listening, viewing, research, reflection, cultural exchange and public engagement.

2. Ownership of content

Unless otherwise stated, all texts, essays, poems, images, photographs, audio, video, concepts, page designs, archival materials and other content published on Borderbeing are protected by copyright and related intellectual property rights.

All works by Emeka Okereke remain the intellectual property of Emeka Okereke, unless otherwise indicated.

Works by guest writers, artists, speakers, collaborators or contributors remain the intellectual property of their respective authors, artists or rights holders, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Nothing on Borderbeing should be understood as granting a licence, transfer, assignment or waiver of intellectual property rights unless expressly stated in writing.

3. Permitted use

Visitors may access, read, view, listen to and share links to Borderbeing content for personal, educational, research, review or critical purposes.

You may quote short excerpts from written works for criticism, review, teaching, research or commentary, provided that proper credit is given to the author, the title of the work, Borderbeing, and the original page link where possible.

5. Artificial intelligence, scraping and automated use

Borderbeing content may not be scraped, mined, harvested, copied into datasets, used for machine-learning training, used for artificial intelligence model training, used to generate derivative works through AI systems, or processed by automated systems for commercial, research, platform development or dataset-building purposes without prior written permission.

Automated access to the site must not interfere with the proper functioning, security or availability of Borderbeing.

6. Permissions and licensing
